Pump Operator Requirements
At Pump N' Smash Concrete Pumping, safety and professionalism come first.

Phoenix Valley.
#1 Safety Skills (Required)
Our operators must be able to perform in fast-paced, high-demand environments while remaining fully aware of surroundings at all times - including equipment, obstacles, and personnel both on the job site and on the road.
ACPA Training & Certification is provided to all new operators.
Professional & Operational Responsibilities
Maintain a professional, respectful attitude at all times (on or off the job site while on the clock)
Drive to job locations throughout the Phoenix Valley
Operate concrete boom pumps using a remote box
Complete routine equipment inspections to ensure safe, proper operation
Perform minor repairs on worn parts
Must be able to operate manual transmission vehicles
***Keep assigned pump clean, well-maintained, and washed -
this is a STRICT requirement at Pump N’ Smash***
Licensing & Requirements
CDL Class A or B required
1 year of concrete pumping experience preferred, but NOT required
Pre-employment drug screening required
